Warning it’s very, very delicious but has a bit of a punch 🥊 Here’s how to make one at home: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❤️Raspberry French 75💙 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Serves 2 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients: - 60ml Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin - a handful of raspberries (~100g) - Juice of 1 Lemon - 15ml of simple syrup - a few pieces of broken up meringue - La Folie Sparkling Rosé to top up ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pour Gin into a shaker, add raspberries, lemon juice and meringue. Crush it well using a muddler. Add 3-4 ice cubes and shake it well. Strain through a sieve into two coupes, top up with sparkling wine and decorate with some summer berries on a bamboo stick.
