Alone • As an introvert I often find myself needing moments of extreme space. I love being around people - seeing old friends, meeting new ones, hanging and catching up at local cars and coffees or out on a drive together. But for as much as I enjoy it, I can also find it particularly draining. The best interactions for me are always in small groups, either one on one or with only a handful of really enjoyable people. Even then, my social batteries need recharging after a bit. The Malibu backcountry provides an easy escape hatch on Sunday mornings, as usually there is not a soul stirring before 7am.
