One of the most common questions I get is “What are the best exercises for fat loss”. I try to encourage everyone to remember, and realize, that consistency, adherence, and discipline make up the biggest portion of the journey to any success - all of the high end research and extreme analysis is just a small percentage of the puzzle. Analysis paralysis is a real thing and knowledge without application isn’t beneficial for our goals.
