When did we start thinking we were supposed to be experts, as parents. If anything can humble you and make you feel like you know nothing, it is parenting. Don’t get me wrong, we all have an enormous amount of wisdom and valuable life-experience to bring to our parenting, but we also need to be able to say what we don’t know, what we lack, what we need help with and where and how we must grow.
