🥵 Well @weoutherefest was absolutely incredible. To have such a vast variety of friends and family and colleagues all in one field together to help celebrate the scene filled my heart with joy! This year was different from others for me as I’ve spent the last 7.5 months helping to pull the festival together. From Nuyorican Soul captivating thousands of people on the Thursday night with their celebration of 25 years of their sonic project, to a packed arena for rising star Obongjayar. This last weekend was truly special. Also to be able to catch the one and only Pharoah Sanders in real life was truly humbling and left the whole crowd in a trance. Some might say it’s weird calling a festival home, but when the music is just so on point, and literally all your peers are there too, then it just feels right. Well done to the whole team - I can’t wait to be back again next year! 🙌🏽
