Transparency.....I still struggle too. One thing about me if you’re new to my page, I never will hide how I am feeling on here. I see alot of people post only when they’re “standing on the mountain”, but never when they’re down “struggling in a valley”. The mental side is just as hard if not harder than the physical side.
