An appreciation post, a thank you, giving these two fellas just a slice of what they deserve. @mattnuttallfitness @marcelvormawah between them have changed my life. Whenever I thank them they selflessly tell me it’s me that’s done the work. The reality is it’s them combined that have got me here and will help me maintain this lifestyle. I tried loads of times to better myself, to drag myself out of having anxious thoughts, to get in shape, to attempt bodybuilding. My personality requires an arm around me sometimes, a word in my ear and these two have given me both. I can never thank them anywhere near the amount they deserve. I have two friends for life in these men, I can tell them my inner mist thoughts and I’d trust them with my life. Seem like a deep post? It’s meant to be. I want everyone to know how much time and effort these lads have given me and I want them to be able to help even more people as they’ve helped me. Matt, Marcel... thanks! Thanks for helping me be the person I feel I’m meant to be and for guiding me, believing in me and sticking by me. I’m going to make you both proud in four weeks time and beyond that too.
