From childhood to adulthood, yoga has been my guide through every transition. Yoga guides us through every stage of life. It teaches us how to stay grounded through change, build strength through challenge, and move with ease through transition. Each time we return to the mat, we return to ourselves. It’s an honor to be able to teach Yoga through my lens, and continue to learn about and steward this practice. 🧿🙏🏾✨
