Hannah Taurins (b. 1997, Houston, TX) lives and works in New York, NY. Processing and reconstructing imagery from the vast field of fashion photography, Hannah’s editorial eye is compelled by scenes that posit dynamic subjects as agents of a meta-dialogue between the media and art. Complex compositions on canvas and panel flesh out the photographic propelling of fashion as the business of creating desire, selectively referencing printed media and fine art. @htaurins Three works are currently on view at America Unframed Kleine Auguststraße 2-3 10119 Berlin — Editor in Chief, 2023
