The majority of the year I’ve been traveling. So it’s been difficult to do a consistent workout. My grandma at age 85 told me the other day that her doctor said she’s not only in good health for her age, but also generally in good health. She told me that the secret is to keep your body moving. I believe she’s right. How will you move today? Is it running around a new city and ending with some yoga? 100 burpees, squats and V-ups on your tour bus? Shake weight?
