FOOD TODAY πππππ₯π«
Now Iβm emphasising the word TODAY because tomorrow will be different and the day after and the day after. Depending on workload and the types of training Iβm doing Iβll modify what I eat and the calories I consume.
6:30am strong almond latte βοΈ
10:00am Oats, @phybaperformance protein (chocolate), half punnet blueberries and raspberries, 1 tsp peanut butter π₯
1:00pm Smoothie + Tofu wrap
500ml water, 1 bananas, 1 scoop of protein, pinch of salt , handful of spinach and kale π₯¬
2 sourdough wrap with tofu, spinach, kale, cherry tomatoes, onion sprouts, salt and pepper πΆοΈ
6pm tempeh bowl
Tempeh, jasmine rice, shallots, tomatoes, asparagus, garlic π§
7pm pico chocolate π«
A relatively low day but enough to keep me ticking. Iβm making sure I donβt put on too much weight before @ironmanoceania next week.
