We have one additional brand new bottle releasing tomorrow: Basique Chaux! In making Basique Chaux (pronounced ‘show’), we added heaps of lime zest to our citrus Basique wild ale base, and then dry hopped it with Strata, Citra and Amarillo. Lime zest and key lime flavors leap out of the glass, accompanied by a pungent floral aroma. As our Monday night bartender @orpheum put it, “it’s like sipping a daiquiri while walking through a garden.” Bottles of Basique Chaux will be available for on-site consumption as well as to-go beginning tomorrow, Wednesday 10/26!
