Danil Nevaky and Kate Gerwin stole the spotlight at The Bamboo Bar Bangkok with their captivating cocktails, each presenting a unique blend of flavours. Kate’s lineup kicked off with the intriguing Sandalwood Rob-ish Roy, featuring Johnnie Walker Black Label, oloroso sherry, sandalwood, and black walnut for a smoky, woody aroma. One Trick Pony followed, a daring mix of Hennessy V.S. Cognac, chicory, cold brew coffee, vanilla, coconut, and Angostura Bitters that promised a flavourful punch. Happy Little Accident was a tropical delight, combining Don Julio Blanco Tequila, white rum, dried Chinese plum, guava, and passion fruit to tantalise the palate. One in a Melon offered a refreshing twist with Tanqueray Gin, chilli, melon, and invigorating carbonation. On Danil’s side, the first on his menu was Beefs by Dre, a bold concoction with Johnny Walker Black Ruby, beetroot, blueberry, and cherry, delivering a rich, fruity profile. Miso Whip was a creamy delight, featuring Ciroc Vodka, red miso, vanilla yoghurt, and almond & egg orgeat for a silky texture. Rye & Rice brought a savoury note with Bulleit Rye, genmaicha, umechu, and fizzy carbonation. Lastly, Powerball impressed with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, raspberry, Peychaud’s bitters, and a touch of milk clarification, creating a striking, layered experience.
