Outside of the possibility of the CEO still being Black—when Black Owned companies sell they often set up foundations/donation channels for the Black Community that are maintained after the company is sold. Additionally, the founder now has investment opportunities in new Black Owned brands (bc they have big $$$ now) this is SUPER important because brands need more options for Black Investors! Lastly, the founder continuously benefits financially from the selling of the company. This contributes to generational wealth in a new way!
