I first visited PR as an inexperienced high schooler with a cheap camera, knowing I’d probably never get the chance to come back. When I got home, my entire world was shaken and I was hooked on traveling whenever I could get the chance. I learned that the only thing I could do about it was to position myself correctly, take every new chance possible, and understand the greater purpose of my work. 3 and a half something years later and a life on one of the craziest timelines, I’ve thanked the naive, past version of myself many times over for mustering up the courage to start really living. Everything comes full circle when you’re constantly open to learning, failing, and losing your mind over your work. To come back to the beautiful place I fell in love with, armed with a real purpose, doing what makes me the happiest has made it all an unforgettable opportunity that I’ll have in my heart for life.
