Here at Wellth Collective we have been on pause. Pause, not in silence. Please do not mistake our pause for silence. We have been dedicating this time to educate ourselves, to watch and to learn. A privilege in and of itself. We understand that rampant white supremacy is a systemic problem that exists. We are a company with an HQ in one of the most red states in the country (Texas) and a company that hosts the majority of our events, pre-covid, in one of the most diverse cities in the country (NYC). We love both places and we love our global community fiercely. People, all people, are the heart of what we do and why we do it. We have listened, we have just begun to scratch the surface of learning and we are committing to making a substantial change. Nothing matters to us more. While we believe that we must #amplifymelanatedvoices, over ours, we believe that we need to take a stand. To speak.
