We’ve been working (tinkering) on this house since 2019. After closing, it was a sprint to get it roughly framed and “move in ready” (because Oz was coming!) but since then we had the pleasure (sometimes frustration) of slowly chipping away at projects and ideas. Dan and I really enjoy the process of building a home - for kids to run around in, for loud and late dinners with friends, with deep sofas to read in, and peach rooms for dreaming in. Some of our best nights have been after supper doodling floor plans and bookshelves. None of it possible without the community of excellent craftspeople and artists and friends we’ve been so lucky to know and work with (some for a decade!!!).
