One of the biggest struggles most people face with nutrition is getting in their MINIMUM daily needs for protein. People are always quick to ask what they need to cut out of their daily food choices vs. asking what they should be adding. Protein is usually always extremely low in people’s daily intakes. Believe it or not, people who struggle with overeating can often times combat this just by switching to more protein rich foods as protein is extremely satiating. Due to protein being very satiating, it also makes it hard for those that can’t stomach their maintenance energy needs.
