I’m enjoying this @battistonipepperoni the more I use it! I also dabbled with @kingarthurbaking 00 retail pizza flour for the first time and used some of @liverpoolsourdough sourdough starter to get things moving! So this my/neo dough recipe was 100% KA 00 flour 64% water 4% Sourdough starter 2% Salt I also thought about using a Creed or Nickleback song for the video, but the whole “listening to those bands in the closet and not admitting that you enjoy their music” vibe of the late 90’s still holds me back to this day. Ill come clean and say I owned and enjoyed CD’s from both bands and ran them through my portable CD player (without skip protection).
