i went from 5–6 hours of sleep every night to 8–9 hours we all know good sleep matters, but so many people don’t know how to get quality sleep 😴 start small, then build!! ps. one thing i didn’t mention in the slides 🙂‍↔️ sleep in a dark environment. blackout curtains or an eye mask make a huge difference.
