The gospel of lazy tree decorating goes like this: "buy really good picks, and shove them in the tree" -- as witnessed in our little temp condo last year. I think we had this tree up and looking fab in 25 minutes! (Also: helps when it's in a corner - a lot less surface area to dress😘). I didn't do ribbon or loads of little ornaments - just textural picks and a few giant statement ornaments pushed deep into the branches. I had plans to do much more but stepped back and liked it and declared this thing finished! (And hooray -- having the tree up > the act of decorating the dang thing.) Our client Christmas installs start Monday and we will be sharing the fun! P.S. : guess what else starts Monday -- drywall at my new house! Best. Christmas. Present. EVER. A legit miracle.
