Tonight at midnight Boo, Bitch comes out on @netflix. A surreal sentence to be writing. 4 years ago Tim and I wrote the original draft in our disgusting USC apartment and joked about how cool it would be to see our show on those Netflix upcoming screens. This show and most of our work is a celebration of friendship. Tim and I met our very first day at USC and haven’t stopped being best buds since. Obviously, this whole experience has been a dream come true, but the real icing on the cake was having a friend along for the whole ride. From hearing that Jonathan Martin and Blake Goza wanted to option our script, to finding out that @lanacondor not only read our script but liked it, to pitching @netflix, to getting paired up with ACE showrunners, to working in our first writers room (that was hilarious and so kind), to seeing quite literally HUNDREDS of people working on sets around LA, all because Tim and I wanted to write a funny ghost show our senior year of college. Having not just someone, but your best friend, there with you at every step and being able to look over and say “can you fucking believe this man?” is what i’ll be most grateful for my entire life.
