Initiated by Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, the Nipkow Programm and the Berlinale - Berlin International Film Festival, the Berlin Film Residencies is a portal which offers an overview of various fellowships available to filmmakers worldwide: the Berlin Artist-in-Residence (Berlin AiR) programme, Nipkow Programm and the Haus am See scholarship. On Friday 4 November, the fellows took part in a cooperative workshop titled "Leadership on the Film Set", lead by Christine Tröstrum of Berlinale Talents. The fellows came together with Christine to exchange, share experience and co-create solutions. Two of the fellows are also Berlinale Talents alumni, Andrei Kutsila (BT 2015), Maryna Vroda (BT 2010), and Mate Fazekas was a Sarajevo Talent in 2012.
