Summer #3 in the books. It was an absolute blessing to be able to serve alongside each and every person on staff this summer. This summer was tough in some ways but a blessing in many other ways. Throughout the summer though, one word was laid on my heart. Obedience. The Lord taught me what real obedience looks like, and he taught me that in order to follow him, I have to be obedient in all things, not just reading my Bible or praying. Being obedient looks like serving others and loving others like Christ did, even when it’s hard. I’m thankful for those around me that pushed me to be better and to serve better.
