I want to start by saying a big thank you to all of you . We not only created a community but also a sense of safe space of positivity with a common interest which is surpassing ourselves. We also became family. Throughout the years I got to develop myself correct myself and improve myself. Throughout the years I was able to develop a community interested in what I do and in what I have to offer. I was filled with many achievements and opportunities and support from all of you. This year is a new journey ... a different journey with new approaches to lifting and gym for you all and to my own life. 2025 is going to be more engaging and with many new contents whilst considering the FAQ you asked .
