🪩 slow is smooth, smooth is fast 🪩 with pole, with yoga, with work, with friendship, with love, with family, with life - i either accept it and learn it the easy way or refuse and learn it the hard way, but moving slowly allows for the delicious teachings of staying present in the growth process to sink in. in the end you move faster having learned that important lesson. i realize it took years for that massive spinal rotation that took me from superman to figure head to hood ornament to happen. moving slowly made it feel so good.
