Trusting in the flow of the universe and my own well-being has brought so much ease into my life and I’m so grateful for it 🥲 I can firmly say I was NOT a trust and be patient kind of girl for most of my life. Between society pushing the “hustle hard, never sleep” mentality and me being a Capricorn raised by Caribbean immigrants - I was very much trained to go out and fight my way to whatever I wanted 🫠 I’m grateful to yoga, life’s lessons, and Abraham Hicks for helping me realize that it doesn’t have to be that way.
