YMCA Brighton supports the local people of Brighton and Hove to belong, contribute and thrive, in a consistent effort to reduce homelessness and increase wellbeing. They help house single men and women with a diverse range of needs, supporting them to increase their wellbeing, gain skills and maximise their confidence so they can go on to live independent and fulfilling lives. They were recently given a couple of boxing bags to use in their community space to improve fitness and wellbeing for their residents. They got in touch with us to see if we had any equipment we could donate. We put together a kit bag full of gloves, pads and skipping ropes and went to meet the team to drop them off and see the new space. We hope our donation helps to support the residents.
