One of the most frequently asked questions that I receive from women is how to not be afraid to turn 30. The question always makes me so sad because it reflects the limiting belief that so many women have - that aging is scary and bad and shameful. I often say how I feel my life began at 29. It’s when I found my career, it’s when I started to feel truly confident, and it’s when I feel like I started to live authentically. Now at 32 I am happier, more confident and more proud of my career than I ever have been. Getting older is beautiful. My birthday wish is that you all rid yourselves of limiting beliefs - about age, about your looks, about whatever is holding you back.
