Beginning of this year unexpectedly brought me the new passion. 🚀 Rocket Yoga! 💥 It feels like it sounds. I have never envisioned myself doing any kind of yoga before but this dynamic and challenging practice full oh handstands and inversions has really got me from the second I stepped onto the mat. Last week I went to an intensive retreat with most amazing @rocketbeatslondon where we practiced 6 hours a day 😂 This has really brought me back and made me remember all my rhythmic gymnastics practice and is giving me a chance to reassess my strength and flexibility with a new mind. Beginners mind all over again 🙃
