. Take the time, to say no when it’s hard and yes when it’s even harder. Take the time, both to silence the noise and invite it in. To say yes to a walk with God & the immediate destruction of loneliness that his companionship provides. Take the time, to wait and to run, to rest with purpose and move with purpose too. Take the time, to do what you must, and still count the seeds of your dreams. Hold them close, in your back pocket, the corner of your heart, the depth of your soul. Take the time to know what’s right and wrong, but not allow trials to be failures but rather a lesson to know better, wiser, more. Take the time, to seek God’s face, through His Word and through the faces of others. Take the time, to stand up on the subway so a pregnant woman may sit down. She is carrying a blessing and a responsibility — life. Take the time, to offer a hand to the elderly man at the bus stop. Watch as the stubbornness fades and his eyes flood with gratitude, as he opens up about his old knees & new grandchildren. Take the time, to witness and experience the full circle of life, and leave room for the unexpected surprise of it all. Take the time, oh so much time, for so much more than you can imagine, or expect, or think you deserve. Take the time… take your time. 🤍
