Well, I FINALLY have an update! I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Joey, who specializes in gut health. We did a screening & ran some tests & found out a lot about my current diet, my habits, & also how my stress levels could be affecting my gut. Overall, I have good digestion, but & thankfully, no inflammatory markers. But Dr. Joey gave me some great tips!
