🤗🤗🤗 WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE Yesterday marked a very special occasion for @ahugfromtheartworld After over a year of planning Beryl Cook’s granddaughter @sophie_howe_ came to see the exhibition she and I have been working on BERYL COOK TAKES NEW YORK for the first time. Remarkably @robertasmithnyt (Chief Art Critic @nytimes) happened to pay a visit at the exact same moment. A very happy coincidence. I was equally very lucky to be able to capture the moment Sophie (left) and Robert (right) in front of Beryl’s painting BAR AND BARBARA, 1982 (A New York picture as it turns out) It felt like Beryl was looking fondly from above @beryl_cook_official Thank you all around!!!
