If you told little navia that she’d be working alongside two icons for a Maybelline campaign, she wouldn’t believe it. This is another full circle moment for me. I have a journal entry from 2016 where I had written down a list of my modeling goals.. and Maybelline was on that list. I can’t even begin to describe what it feels like to have a dream that you’ve dreamt for so long to finally come true to life. This journey has shown me so much and has led me to something I’ll carry with me on my hardest days: dreams will come true. Life can be great. And sometimes, there’s a lot of waiting for that good. But stay patient, stay true to your course, and it will happen. Life will happen. I am so grateful. I am so grateful for my family & friends who never stopped supporting me and believing in me. I am so grateful for my agents & the entire Maybelline team who saw something in me💜 Everyone was an absolute dream to work with, and I will forever remember the moments from when I found out I booked the job to when I was on set, feeling pure joy and excitement.
