LIFE UPDATE: Emergency Department has been so fun I’m on 2 and 1/2 week of orientation now, 1 more week to go. I don’t feel so nervous or stressed out since I had the chance to experience the worst in my medsurge (transplant) unit which I’m thankful for cause I can now handle chaos with calmness and critical thinking. Most of the nurses have been so helpful in my learning experience and can’t complain, the only thing that I’m still trying to get use to is the change of routine dayshift/nightshift, finding equipments from 5 different places, and finding medication from 4 different Pyxis cause they are all scattered which makes it giving care to one patient long but I’m getting the hang of it.
