It pains me and breaks my heart to be typing this and still doesn’t even feel real, but on Saturday August 31st my Dad passed away from his battle with lung cancer. Dad was such a good man and was always one of the most respected people every room he walked into. He treated everybody the same, with kindness, respect, and always saw the best in other people. He went out of his way to positively impact as many lives as he could because he genuinely cared about making the world a better place. He always taught Dillon, Denise and I to treat everybody with kindness because you have no idea what anybody else is going through. He taught us not to let anyone mess with our dreams and to lean on our support system when times were hard or if we had any doubt. Most importantly he taught us to not let anyone mess with the people that we love. He was a warrior in his everyday life and was always number one supporter. My Dad never wavered with his show of support or love for our family and would always be there to pick us up saying “stay positive”. We love Dad so much and are going to miss him every single day, but it is very important for us all to carry on his legacy and pass down the valuable lessons that Dad taught us. Thank you everyone for the continuous support you have shown us and our family during this very difficult time. Everyone take care and thank you again.
