Guys so I recently went to Redbō and I was so excited to get my hands on their pho because it had Wagyu!!! The wagyu was super tender and juicy, and the broth itself was light but still super savory and very comforting. The other menu options were all equally good but I would say the Wagyu stew had to be my favorite! The meat again was tender but the stew was very rich and had a hint of spice. It was also served with bread which was perfect because I could dip the bread inside the stew!
