12-15 reps each exercise. 3-5sets
1️⃣ Upright Row (I used 15lbs)
2️⃣ Reverse Fly ( I used 15lbs)
3️⃣ Hammer Curls (I used 15lbs)
4️⃣ Chest Press (I used 30lbs)
5️⃣ Tricep Dips
Do each exercise back to back for 1 set. Take 30-60 second breaks between sets.
