My most reached for jeans: vintage levis 501s. Sizing deets: These are tagged as a 29x30 for women. The ‘for women’ designation on the inside tag have a slightly different fit than 501 tags that do not. I find they are a bit more narrow in the hip area than the mens versions. I do own both, and love both! The mens versions i wear a little more baggy and low rise. I will typically size up to a waist 30 or 31 in these versions. Just a small fit detail to keep in mind while shopping second hand.
