We’ll be back from our siesta on September 10th and kicking things off with a Sherry Master Class led by none other than Nick Africano —- modern renaissance man and owner of Mirador in Kingston, NY. (if you’re headed to the Hudson Valley this fall, Mirador must be on your list.) Nick will be sharing wines that he’s made, walking us through the world of sherry with stories, insights on the state of Jerez today (NOTE: a lot has changed in the last few years), and passion.
