Last night I had the honor of hosting my first ever Sunday Dinner for @blackwomensyogaco with a group of absolutely amazing women 🥹 I started BWYC in 2018 at the start of my yoga journey with the intention of building community. 4 years later, I feel closer to that intention than ever 😭 I believe that connection and collective joy are powerful healing tools.
