I cannot believe this day is finally here. An actual dream come true. There were so many moments along the way that I worried this day wouldn’t come but here we are - “the neighborhood kid” opening my first solo restaurant project. My hope for Cafe Spaghetti is that it becomes your family neighborhood joint. The place you come to celebrate birthdays, a good report card, a date night or a simple Sunday dinner with the whole fam.
