Over here crying my eyeballs out looking at how young Evan (5) & Cadence (6) are in this video. Not bc I want to go back in time or wish they were this age again. But, it’s showing me just how sweet time is. They still talk about this trip to Yosemite and easily recall the hikes, waterfalls, the home we stayed in, the movies we watched and the games we played. Find grace in all that you do. Like the ebb and flow of tides, moments (good/bad) slip through our grasp, each one a fleeting brush of time’s hand. In their wake, they leave the quiet sweetness of lessons learned and memories etched deep. It is in the passing that life finds its meaning, reminding us that every breath, every heartbeat, is a gift too precious to hold forever. ~Selena
