*almost* natural In Volume 4 of #decadedivaschallenge #kevyninspired , @snatch_purrfection showed us a "no makeup" makeup that was harder than it looked. I sweated through some of the skin prep and concealer because my makeup station is no longer next to an A/C. I didn't use eye primer at first and it got patchy, so I had to fix it and added too much peach to my coppery neutral. But, I have always preferred peach to true neutrals, and Covergirl's blush trio was the only thing I wore on my eyes for years. It seemed appropriate to add a bit of peach, and then it spiraled 😆. Also, my dream version of "no makeup" makeup does not include mascara, but I added a few tiny swipes to my upper lashes for the photos... and still managed to get some near my eyebrow 🤷‍♀️. But I think those things are what make the makeup "me", both present and past. Peach is still a favorite for me, but I like to add other bright colors and even get a little smoky sometimes. I am still learning how to use both skin care and makeup to get the results I want - setting powder still eludes me. And while it is pretty ingrained in me to color outside the lines a bit, I am learning, and I'm glad that I (mostly) attempted to do it the way Chastity/Kevyn showed me. Thanks!
