Replying to @movingtotexas This!!!!! This person has not once, but twice now, commented that she hopes i become a chronic pain patient. Wth? Why would someone in the “community” wish that on anyone? Im part of that community. Well, I live with chrinic illness and chronic pain, but I dont feel like I can be part of a “community” like this. I see so much hatred toward outsiders and people with CP. I see less advocating, education and information and more hatred, anger and collective pouncing. How is this behavior acceptable? I know people would rather block me than answer that. It is a vulnerable community who is already being hurt by the government, providers, pharmacies, ignorance and so much more. Why add more negativity and hatred to that? Where is the encouragement and supprt I saw a year ago? I am not alone. Others will not post about CP or comment because they are afraid of the people they should be able to trust and understand. #chronicillness #chronicpain #advocacy
