Between 2000 and 2002, Sant Khalsa photographed more than 200 water stores across the US. A phenomenon of the early 00s, these stores sold purified water, as well as ice, coolers, dispensers and containers.⁠ ⁠ Now, 60 of the gelatin-silver photographs are published in the new photobook.
