Submit your application TODAY for the opportunity to foster your leadership skills with equity in Black maternal-child-health at the center. 💜 For the past several months, the inaugural cohort of the Birth & Breastfeeding Leadership Institute has been growing in knowledge and community through this virtual program. Through self-paced and live instruction across a range of topics including Communications/Messaging, Program Development, Advocacy & Policy, and more, the Birth & Breastfeeding Leadership Institute encourages the development of tangible skills and increased confidence, allowing leaders to effectively facilitate and manage equitable change in the maternal child health field for Black families. Over the course of a six-month period, participants hone their leadership skills, expand their networks, all the while exploring new, relevant information in Black maternal-child-health. Upon completion of this program, leaders will be recognized in a virtual pinning ceremony and receive a Certificate of Advanced Leadership specializing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
