It’s a record I produced and tracked that’s deeply rooted in post punk with its influences, attitude and songwriting. 14 songs that feel as if you’re listening to a good mixtape with a wide range of influence and instrumentation! The last 12 years I’ve been building a studio and leaning recording technique...I’ve felt a little behind my peers with recording as I had always played in bands but quadrupling the effort I learned my process. I am so grateful to Romy(who co-produced it with me) and the band for trusting me with the album! Did the lions share during the pandemic/elections and many of the things Romy wrote about are reflecting the times we’re in.
