Happy 80th to the brilliant, @viviennewestwood I remember interviewing her years ago when she’d launched her first ‘manifesto’ and was one of the few voices in fashion calling out over-consumption in the industry. She told me that she wasn’t interested in dressing sexy, she’d rather look important. She also said she had very high self esteem. Explaining how, she said every morning, she put her make-up on in a very flattering mirror and didn’t look at herself again for the rest of the day. Good tip.
