Is Bali safe for solo female travellers?🤔 ✅YES - Bali is definitely a safe place for solo female travellers but you do have to be wary 😒 use common sense and look after yourself! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Sadly, petty crimes do happen if you are not careful! ✋🏼 6 Top tips for solo female safety: 🙅🏼‍♀️Don’t tell anyone where you live or that you’re travelling alone - obviously !!!! 🙅🏼‍♀️🎒Don’t have your belongings on show on scooters or your phone and bag will get snatched - this is just an easy opportunistic crime! 🙅🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️Don’t walk at night on your own - take taxis/scooters and always use legitimate taxi providers such as @grabid / @gojekindonesia (app-based taxis) 📍Always share your live location with someone if you are out venturing on your own, even during the day! 🔐Always lock your doors - it’s just silly not to! ❌🤬Do not engage in conflict with others - be respectful at all times, don’t use bad language or raise your voice even in provoking situations! If in doubt, get out! 🏃🏼‍♀️This is my absolute motto... if it doesn’t feel right... it probably isn’t! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hope this helps my fellow solo travellers!
